Conferences - a series of specialized seminars geared towards broadening subject knowledge for a professional.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund
The following will apply for all CHABOT mediators lawyers sponsored Seminars and Conferences where payment is required:
Online registrations must be followed by a cheque to Jean-François Chabot, lawyer. Registration will be confirmed upon reception of payment.
Cancellations received in writing by email or fax two weeks (10 business days) prior to the start date of the session will be accepted. An administrative fee of $25 will be applied to all cancellations. CHABOT mediators lawyers regular refund process will be followed.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 business days prior to the start date of the session.
If an attendee cannot attend, substitution of participants is welcome up to the session date without prior notification.
CHABOT mediators lawyers reserves the right to cancel an event if necessary, and in this case, will provide a full refund of registration fees.
No liability will be assumed by CHABOT mediators lawyers in program date, contents, speaker or venue.
